Our Pig & Swig beer dinner is a four-course meal packed with pork and perfectly paired with delicious brews from Wooster's own JAFB Brewery. Brewmaster Paul Fryman will co-host the event along with Adam Nussbaum who will demonstrate what he does best . . . butchering a pig! Come join these two local artisans, learn a little about their crafts, and enjoy a great Bistro dinner prepared by Chef Jeremy Crossmon and his crew.
